SharperTek Ultrasonic Stencil and PCB Cleaner
The Sharpertek Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner is designed in the USA by Robotic, Ultrasonic, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers, and built by the highest qualified technicians in Motown, "Detroit, Michigan, USA," and we are proud of it!
The Sharpertek Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner utilizes precisely controlled ultrasound waves to remove un-reflowed solder paste and uncured adhesives from stencils, screens, and misprints. The ultrasonic energy is gentle and will not damage delicate parts, but it is highly effective in the removal of even dried pastes on fine-pitch stencils.
The SharpertTek Ultrasonic Stencil and PCB cleaner is a 7 Day programmable machine. The unit can be ran in either manual or automatic mode. The PLC can be programmed for the following:
-
Start of day cleaning fluid filtration run
-
Start of day heating element ON time
-
Start of day Degas cycle
-
Start of day automatic ultrasonic on, or timed number of minutes per cycle
-
Intraday Filtration runs
-
Intraday Degas
-
End of day Heating shutdown
-
End of day filtration run
-
End of day fluid check
-
The PLC checks for water level and shuts down the machine if the water level drops below the minimum requirement to avoid damage.
-
The PLC is programmable for 7 day cycles. The machine can run for 5, 6 or 7 days. On weekends it can shutdown on its own depending on user program.
The SharperTek Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner has two tanks; a wash tank and a rinse tank. The wash tank has ultrasonic energy and is heated. The rinse tank has DI
water. The wash tank filters the water and reuses it to eliminate discharge and to prolong the wash solution's life. The rinse water is also filtered, redeionized, and reused
via the built-in closed-loop rinse water recycler. The DI water in the rinse tank guarantees that mineral deposits are not left on the stencil after the cleaning cycle is complete.
The Sharpertek Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner accommodate stencils, screens, or misprinted assemblies up to 30” x 30” (762mm x 762mm). Our model features a drain rack,
application custom jig or basket and a cover all built from stainless steel. The transducers are surface mounted running at 40 kHz 2400 watts of raw ultrasonic power. Our
competition's ultrasonic power does not even come close. The transducers have a ten year limited warranty against de-bonding. The warranty of this machine is 2 years.
