One of the items was not available in the size I ordered, and I was notified by email and a phone call to my home. Delivery was quick, and the merchandise was as advertised. I thought that the shipping fees per item were a bit high. I would have prefered a price based on total package rather than individual items. I would rate the product and service as well above average.

Customer's Comment: i was concerned why, the other merchandise i ordered 2nd day air had arrived and this merchants had not arrived on the same day, when they were ordered at the same time. i received a reply from this merchant to my e-mail that i interpreted as flippant and unresponsive. if, this is the best response this merchant can provide, why give an e-mail address to customers for their input or inquiries?
